I think everyone might have to start hiding their text when putting pictures in the gallery...don't make it too easy for him :-)

It does test the limits of what people think is fair. A novel twist seems ok...using someone's language and doing something dumb might not go over too well.

I think it'll actually fine if people put up stuff without the text. Makes it a little bit of a mystery of how they got the picture, especially if you have stuff out of the scene casting light and shadows etc.

I think it's good to have minor variations on another's picture. As in the next picture after this one, for example.*br*
