@igliashon your scene and series are inspirational and positive as well as being beautiful, I hope you don't take offense in some of the renders I do, I have strong and passionate feelings about what is happening and I feel compelled to voice them. I have always admired your work. We all have a voice and I try to have respect for them all. :-)

And I was thinking "let's drink it while we still have it." But yes, good advice, and pretty easy to follow. Lovely scene.

this advice is from a medical point of view not as simple as it seems.
From the Mayo Clinic:
"Everyone has heard the advice, "Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day." That's about 1.9 liters, which isn't that different from the Institute of Medicine recommendations. Although the "8 by 8" rule isn't supported by hard evidence, it remains popular because it's easy to remember. Just keep in mind that the rule should be reframed as: "Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid a day," because all fluids count toward the daily total."
