Yep, after being the ladder monkey I am now the spinal cracker monkey ha ha. Sucks getting an older body but I am still blessed. :-)

I'm so sorry. :-( I hope it helps. I've never seen a chiropractor but I know people who swear by them. So far I've just treated back pain with a lot of ibuprofen and complaining. I know what you mean about aging.

yeah, there's a history there, just need to be sure you go to a reputable doc but I am a product of good chiropractic care. 'sall good !! ;-)

thanks, I have a long history of self inflicted back issues, if you will, don't know when to stop, but nsaids are out for me, I have found chiro care to be most beneficial it just takes patience to allow things to heal. and thank you for your concern. :-)

Nsaids are only little effective at chronic low back pain but they have a high risk of heavy side effects, generally nsaids should only be used for short periods (few days only). Best treatment for chronic low back pain: Back school, move a lot, go to the crouch for heavy things, careful physiotherapy....and patience
