My cooking is usually experimental.
And the experiments are not always a success.

– 2 gousses d’ail (au pire de l’ail séché)
– 1 écorce d’orange séchée
– 1 cuillère à soupe de thym séché
– 1 poignée de persil haché
– 1 g de pistils de safran
– 4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
